ORDERS: We appreciate your order. Each order is special, so plan ahead order early and allow us time to prepare it. We aim to have it ready in 3-5 days. Quantities are limited.

PRICE CHANGES: We try to hold our prices for one year, but due to cost fluctuations all Prices are Subject to Change Without Notice.

OUR GUARANTEE: We strive to send you the largest variety of pure beeswax candles and other gifts in ideal condition. If any arrive damaged, we can credit your account or send a replacement or a refund.

RETURNS: We will accept return merchandise less 15% for restocking if we are notified within 30 days of receipt of order and merchandise is in its original packaging.

SHIPPING: Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery to accommodate candle preparation and shipping time. For faster, guaranteed service, we can ship by Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day UPS. We will need your physical shipping address for UPS, no PO Boxes.

BACK ORDERS: No Back Orders - Please reorder, we will let you know the availability.

DISCLAIMER: We do our utmost to make our candles burn as properly as possible. We are not responsible for damage resulting from the use or misuse of any of our products.

SAFETY: Always place your candle on a wide-bottomed holder to protect surfaces. Place them away from drafts and flammable materials. If the candles are burned in a drafty spot, they will drip excessively. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

BURNING TIME: The approximate burning times listed are for candles which are burning uniformly without excessive dripping.

BLOOM: Pure beeswax candles form a white film called "bloom" as they age. Bloom is made up of low melting point waxes that migrate to the wax surface. Bloom has no adverse effect on the way a candle burns. If your candles arrive with bloom, polish them with a soft, white cloth. Keep the candles in a warm room (70 degrees) and the bloom will form slower.
